The team have installed a memory tree in their window.
The woollen hearts are kindly supplied by Julie at James & Thomas in Merrow whose step mother makes them with a crocheting group she belongs to.
The woollen hearts are offered to families who have loved ones in our care but wish to have a heart placed in with them in their coffin and have the other heart to keep with them.
